Volunteers of the Church
The Church employs the services of volunteer workers in various capacities in so far as their services are required by the Church and as their faith dictate it, in the furtherance of the key mission of the Church. Such volunteer workers are employed without compensation, or his/her services may be in the form of donation to the Church.
This does not preclude, however, from compensating either in part or in full the services of such volunteer workers, as the financial standing of the Church allows it.
